1. Sovereign Principles & Commitments

SDSV Trade Tech LLP operates PESU Link with sovereign zero-trust principles. We believe privacy is an inviolable human right. We comply strictly with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act, India), the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU).

2. File Processing, Sandboxing & Zero-Trust Inspection

When you upload documents, audio, videos, or archives to PESU Universal File Intelligence:

• Zero-Trust Antivirus & Magic Byte Check: Files undergo an 8-stage automated pipeline that verifies header signatures, strips harmful active scripts/macros, and isolates payloads in ephemeral sandboxes.
• Fail-Closed Guarantee: If our automated scanning engines become unreachable, uploads fail closed (they are safely blocked) rather than bypassing verification.
• Encryption at Rest: All files stored in our sovereign object storage (Cloudflare R2) are encrypted using AES-256-GCM with customer-scoped tokens.
• Temporary Previews: Converted and compressed preview files are retained only as temporary artifacts and can be deleted immediately by the user.

3. Real-Time Translation & AI Processing

PESU translates chats, live voice calls, and files across 45 languages (including 22 scheduled Indian languages). Text payloads sent for translation are processed in-memory. We do not use your private communications to train foundation models, nor do we sell message contents to third parties or advertising brokers.

4. Geo-Location & Impossible Travel Anomaly Detection

To safeguard user accounts against unauthorized access and session hijacking, we compute Great-Circle (Haversine) velocity between consecutive authentication sessions. If logins occur at velocities exceeding plausible physical travel limits (850 km/h), the session is challenged, and an alert is recorded in our Security SIEM. IP addresses are masked and retained only for security audit logs.

5. Your Data Rights & Deletion

You have the right to access, rectify, export, and permanently delete your PESU profile, message history, uploaded documents, and associated metadata at any time directly through the app or by submitting a written notice to our Grievance Officer at sdsvtradetechllp@gmail.com.
