1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or subscribing to PESU Link services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of an entity or business, you represent that you have full legal authority to bind that entity.

2. Description of Services

PESU Link provides a sovereign multilingual communication platform offering instant text messaging, peer-to-peer and group voice/video calls with live translation across 45 languages, universal file viewing, conversion, compression, and AI-assisted document intelligence.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Users must not use PESU Link to transmit, store, or distribute any content that:

• Violates applicable laws, including Indian IT Act 2000, Section 66D, or foreign intellectual property laws.
• Transmits malware, executable worms, exploit payloads, or malicious scripts.
• Attempts to reverse-engineer our zero-trust inspection sandbox or evade velocity-based security controls.
• Impersonates any individual or entity, or engages in financial fraud or phishing.

4. Account Security & Verification

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. In the event of suspected unauthorized access, PESU reserves the right to trigger step-up multi-factor authentication or temporarily freeze session tokens based on automated velocity heuristics.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
